FAQ: Commercial Use

FAQ — Licensing & Commercial Use

Can I use these project files, stems, samples and sounds in my own commercial releases?

Yes. All stems, samples, presets and processing chains inside the project files can be used in your own original productions, including songs you plan to release commercially on Spotify, Beatport, Apple Music, or any label.

I 100% own all original material included in these project files, so you are cleared to use the sounds creatively in your own work.

Can I use the kicks, basslines, leads, FX or drums in my own tracks?

Absolutely. Every sound and processing chain inside these projects is free to use in your own productions — including drums, bass layers, FX, fills, atmospheres, leads, automation chains, build-ups, etc.

Can I release a song using elements from these projects without copyright issues?

Yes — as long as your track is an original composition and not just a copy of the project.

You may reuse sounds, layers, and processing, but you cannot release the original track itself or re-upload the project as your own composition.

Can I release any of the included tracks under my own artist name?

No. You may not release the full original songs (Phoenix Rising, Burn The House Down, I Am Home, Dance With Me, The March, Make The Speakers Vibrate, Sleep Paralysis) under your own name or as your own music.

You may learn from them, sample elements, redesign and rebuild, but not republish the original track arrangement or melodies.

Can I resell or redistribute these project files?

No. Redistribution, uploading, sharing, selling, or posting the original project files, stems, or assets anywhere else is strictly prohibited.

Can I study the project files and recreate them for practice?

Yes — that’s exactly the purpose.

Reverse-engineering the full arrangement, automation, mixing, layering and workflow is an effective way to grow as a producer.

Can I use these project files to learn sound design, mixing, arrangement and workflow?Yes — that’s the core intention behind these projects.

You are encouraged to explore and use the knowledge inside them to build your own original music.

Do I need credit or permission to use the sounds in my projects?

No credit or permission is required.

Are vocals included?

If a track contains vocals, they are either royalty-free or replaced with placeholder audio depending on licensing rights.

(If applicable — adjust as needed.)
